You may find yourself at a standstill, a somewhat muted time and space, reflecting on the past. Moments in time where graphics, smells or tastes flood your senses and take you to another space that only you see and can hold for that moment. And yet here you are living and trying to breathe the present. Your fomo of that past time and place is real. Lathering in those memories for a while or perhaps yearning for them to last forever.
And then contrary to this, you wish your time away, Rushing to move past the burden that clouds the moment.
And here you are.
When stationery for too long, anxiety can overwhelm. To keep your balance you push through, you keep moving, take it step by step to gain distance from your once parked position.
Scheduling, then rescheduling, then rescheduling again, ticking off lists as you run, until you slow to an off beat and out of time pace to come to a gradual halt.
You are at the end the rollercoaster or perhaps the beginning?

You breathe, you wonder how it is possible? This is all going too fast, it feels like only yesterday… what date is it?
You stop. You refocus. You start again. You continue your journey. Nostalgia v Reality allows you to view my personal breath and reflection.
